Join DANTE ROBERE VINEYARDS for another exclusive and fanatastic West Side Wine Trail Event, as we team up with Las Positas Vineyards, Cuda Ridge & Fenestra, Saturday Evening September 12th, for our Award Winning Wines Dinner.
The Dinner will be held at Las Positas Vineyards starting at 6:00pm . Each winery will serve two wines awarded a Gold Medal or higher from the SF Chronicle Wine Competition, expertly by
On the Vine Catering. Tickets will be limited and sold directly by each winery.   We will be offering tickets to our wine club members who had previously purchased tickets to the originally scheduled March date and then to other wine club members, at a price of $110/person (all inclusive). We will announce tickets sales once the wineries re-open.
DINNER MENU
Passed Appetizers
Ahi tuna crudo with a chili plum sauce, wasabi aioli,
sesame seed and daikon sprout in a crisp wonton shell
Roasted Butternut squash with a pepita remoulade,
crisp shallots and toasted pepitas on a rustic crostini
Pistachio crusted Australian lamb loin
with a jalapeño mint sauce, harissa and micro cilantro on chili naan
Dinner
A salad of watercress, asian pear, shaved fennel and
an Alabarino wine vinaigrette with a panko crusted
Dungeness crab cake with a meyer lemon aioli
Ratatouille of wild mushroom, japanese eggplant and squash
on a seared polenta cakewith a rich spiced morita chile
tomato sauce, basil oil and manchego crisp
Maple Leaf Farms duck confit with a blackberry red wine reduction sauce
and truffled potato batons and micro greens
Snake River Farms slow braised then seared crisp kurobuta pork belly with
a dark cherry coulis, celery root puree and
roasted local baby heirloom carrot.
